Indeed, the teaser created a strong first impression due to its grand visuals and scale. Meanwhile, one sequence from it gets targeted by fans and viewers as well.

In one glimpse, Ranbir Kapoor as Rama is seen walking through Ayodhya as citizens welcome him with flowers. The scene looked perfect until fans noticed a mistake. The turban of a background actor appears to change its colours as it turns blue from purple within seconds.

This small detail instantly went viral. And viewers claim it was proof that the scene was created using artificial intelligence instead of filming in reality. The discussion instantly boomed because the Ranbir Kapoor Ramayana teaser became a trending topic across the platforms.

Actor Saket Patel Responds To Viral Claims

After growing rumours, an actor from the scene named Saket Patel shared a video to clarify the truth.

He confirmed that the scene was shot on a real set with real actors without AI usage. In his statement, he directly addressed the rumours by saying he was a part of the shoot.

Shockingly, Patel also shared that he filmed the scene around 2 years ago. He also said that he even communicated with Ranbir Kapoor on the set. Meanwhile, he reacted to online trolls as he said: “The funny thing is that in 2026, if something looks nice, people call it fake.”

His clarification has helped calm a portion of the debate related to AI use in the Ranbir Kapoor Ramayana teaser.

Apart from the controversial scene, the teaser has also received mixed feedback on its visuals.  Many people shared disappointment with some VFX elements. For example, the look of rakshasas and asuras. They think that they might have been better.

Hrithik Roshan shared his thoughts in support of this large-scale project. He recommended the audience approach such movies with awareness and understanding, especially when makers try to do something on a high level.

His reaction has also created buzz around the Ranbir Kapoor Ramayana visuals.
