Sony Sab’s Itti Si Khushi has reportedly completed shooting as the show nears its finale. Starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Rajat Varma, the drama might end on a happy note with emotional reunions, family celebrations, and a fresh start for Anvita and Virat.

Featuring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Rajat Varma, Sony Sab’s Itti Si Khushi is one of the most loved shows on Indian television. As previously reported, the show is set to end soon despite having good ratings. Although the show was set to conclude in the first week of May, it was later extended by a few weeks. Now, the shooting for the show is reportedly completed.

Since the beginning, the show revolved around Anvita (Sumbul Touqeer Khan) as she handles personal challenges while handling her siblings because her mother abandoned them. Virat (Rajat Varma) and Sanjay (Rishi Saxena) also join her to support her in dealing with conflicts, leading to a love triangle.
Anvita falls in love with Virat but ends up marrying Sanjay to protect her family. Her marriage to Sanjay turns out to be the biggest mistake as Sanjay becomes a toxic husband. After that, she got divorced from him and got married to Virat after some time.
Apart from the main plot, there were many subplots for each character to keep the story engaging. As the show is going off air, viewers are expecting to get the proper conclusion to the story.
The shoot was earlier expected to end on 22 April 2026. It has now been completed on 29 April 2026 because the makers got a few weeks of times to conclude the story. According to the India Forums, the makers have given the much-needed positive endings to the show.

Anvita’s Story Will Conclude On A Happier Note
The story will become an emotional reunion in the final phase of the show. When everything seems shattered, Hetal (Anvita’s mother) enters the house in the dark. Anvita’s siblings, especially Sidhu, will become emotional as soon as they see her. It will get a chance to see an emotional reunion in the final phase.
The next morning begins with Subhash waking up early in the morning. He sees the refrigerator making noises in the house. The family becomes stunned after seeing him back in the house when he was repairing the fridge.
The family will be preparing for a small celebration because it is Anvita's birthday. The whole family celebrates the event in a small but meaningful manner. The environment of the scene will be happy and calm. It means that fans will finally get a chance to witness some happy moments after months of struggles.
The happy moments don’t end here. The best moment comes when Virat asks Anvita to close her eyes and takes her outside the house. She sees a new house when she opens her eyes. As they stepped into the house, they noticed the name written on it: Anvita Virat's house. This gesture marks a new start for the couple.
After that, the show will conclude, giving closure to the month-long struggles of the relationship.

As the cast is shooting the last episode today, the main cast has shared a small reel to thank their fans for making the show one of the hits on Indian television.
In the Instagram reel, Rishi Saxena says, “This is for you guys”, and starts singing the original soundtrack of Itti Si Khushi alone. The whole cast joined him instantly and started singing the song. The news of Itti Si Khushi’s off-air is significantly shocking for fans because the channel usually ends a show with the lowest rating. Since its beginning in August 2025, the show has remained the second-highest rated show in terms of TRP after Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on Sony Sab.
This is because fans are disappointed with the channel’s decision. But the makers did the right thing by ending it soon instead of stretching it for the sake of viewership. This decision will help it to remain one of the highest-rated shows in history.
