The teaser also concluded with a mysterious shot of gloved hands digging up a gold bar. 

Although Netflix has not confirmed whether it is Money Heist Season 6, a new spin-off, or Berlin season 3, it has confirmed that the franchise is far from ending.

Seville Event Turns Into a Massive Celebration

Apart from dropping an exciting teaser, the company also organized a grand promotional event in Seville, Spain. Thousands of fans become a part of this big event near the Guadalquivir River. 

People were also dressed in the franchise’s famous red jumpsuits and Salvador Dalí masks to celebrate the future of the series. Boats were also there carrying performers while “Bella Ciao” echoed through the area, 

The event instantly goes viral across social media because the clips spread worldwide within hours. It has also boosted rumours for Money Heist Season 6. 

Berlin Season 2 Releases on May 15

The latest announcement is also a big promotional push for Berlin Season 2. It is set to premiere globally on Netflix on May 15, 2026. 

Pedro Alonso is playing the central character of the spin-off named Andrés de Fonollosa (Berlin). The new season reportedly shifts the action to Spain after the Paris jewel robbery seen in Season 1.

Berlin and his team are connected to a new target this time.  It may be inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting Lady with an Ermine.
