Ashutosh Gowariker’s directorial and Aamir Khan Productions’ film is still regarded as one of the finest achievements in Indian cinema. Aamir Khan invited the original cast and crew, with close friends and colleagues from the film industry, to honour its legacy. 

Kajol, Juhi Chawla, Jay Mehta, Sophie Choudry, Vir Das, Sunil Grover, Zoya Akhtar, Shenaz Treasurywala, Rajkumar Hirani, and Ashutosh Gowariker, with his wife Sunita Gowariker, are some of the notable personalities who attended the celebrations.

Salman Khan stole the spotlight with his striking appearance at the event. The superstar comes with an all-black ensemble featuring a leather jacket, distressed jeans, boots, and a silver chain. Many fans also compare his look to his iconic Tere Naam era, as his closely cropped hairstyle and trimmed beard caught the social media users’ attention. 

Salman Khan posed for the photographers before entering the venue, where host Aamir Khan welcomed him. When Aamir Khan and Salman Khan hug each other and exchange smiles, it becomes one of the biggest highlights of the event. Their reunion delighted the fans of the classic movie Andaaz Apna Apna.

The Kareena Kapoor Aamir Khan event also generated some buzz as Kareena entered in a pastel pink traditional outfit with golden detailing. Emerald jewellery, matching bangles, and a neatly styled bun made her look complete. 

She also posed with Salman Khan before Aamir Khan joined them for a group photo. Images and videos from the Lagaan event quickly went viral. Fans are praising the trio's appearance together under one roof. 

A Family Celebration For Aamir Khan

Besides big appearances, the evening also had a deep personal significance for Aamir Khan. 

He attended the event with his partner, Gauri Spratt. Both posed calmly together for photographers. Aamir’s family members also attended the event.

His son Junaid Khan attended the event. And his daughter, Ira Khan, arrived with her husband, Nupur Shikhare, who also joined the celebration. His sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan, also participated in the event.
