Haroon was later seen manipulating the statement recorded for his channel by an Assistant Commissioner, named KhushBakht Naz (Maya Ali).
The best thing about this character is that he is portrayed as a light-hearted character. He takes every situation very calmly and sometimes makes the viewers laugh.

Maya Ali Also Returns As Assistant Commissioner

Besides Ahad Raza Mir, Aik Mohabbat Aur also marks the return of Maya Ali. She was also seen in Sunn Mere Dil opposite Wahaj Ali more than a year ago.
She has joined as the assistant commissioner, KhushBakht Naz. Apart from being a reputed police officer, she is also shown as a divorced woman and a mother of a young girl. She stays confident and happy despite being a divorced woman in the drama.
She has gained much appreciation for her work as an assistant commissioner. But Haroon’s attempts to portray his statement negatively have put her job in danger.
Episode Ends on A Cliffhanger
The episode ends on a shocking note as the climax shows Haroon being injured by a gunshot.
The last scene shows Haroon communicating with Khushbakht as she questions him for portraying his image negatively. Some people came during the call and shot him while pretending to be his fans.
Viewers later see Khushbakht asking her colleague to find the location of Haroon’s number, while Haroon’s colleague was seen blaming the incident on Khushbakht.

The first episode has highlighted several comic and serious moments as Haroon is seen dealing with complex situations in a calm and humorous style. Khushbakht, on the other hand, is also seen as a responsible person who does her duties while raising her daughter as a single parent.
