Bigg Boss made special arrangements related to Diwali.

Bigg Boss informed contestants that everyone would receive a special surprise from their families in the form of family messages and images in the Sandese aate hai task. After the announcement, the contestants became excited to access these personal messages and photographs from their loved ones.
As contestants receive an opportunity to connect with their families, such surprises usually bring emotional moments inside the Bigg Boss house. Although everyone gets their photos and messages, Mahhi Vij becomes a hurdle in Arishfa's path to connect with her family.
Mahhi chose to break Arishfa's family's message cassette and photographs to retain her lifeline. As a result, Arishfa was heartbroken because she couldn't connect with her family. When Bigg Boss introduced a special opportunity for Arishfa, she became the centre of the house.
