As previously reported, several popular names have been linked to this role. The latest reports from IWM suggest that actress Himanshi Parashar has now emerged as the new Seher.

Popular actress Himanshi Parashar is being considered for the lead role of Seher. She is reportedly in discussions with the production team. Reports suggest that she is among the strongest contenders to play the new Seher in Seher Hone Ko Hai.
Although nothing has been confirmed yet, Himanshi’s name has gained attention among fans who are eagerly waiting to know who will grab the central role, especially after many famous names emerged online for the role.
For those unaware, she is a renowned actress in the Punjabi entertainment industry as she has appeared in many Punjabi movies in her initial career phase. Apart from Punjabi movies, she also gained initial fame with her performance in Teri Meri Doriyaann. She recently appeared in Star Plus’ Udne Ki Aasha for a brief cameo.

She said, “If I were to play Seher, or if I could, or if anything like that would happen, you guys would know. There's nothing like that right now, I want to make that clear to you guys." She also denied being approached for the role.
Himanshi Parashar, however, looks to have a higher chance of securing the lead role if the latest reports are accurate.

Besides the new Seher, the show might welcome new faces after the leap. Actress Sumit Singh is reportedly being said to enter the show as a parallel lead in the show. She would play a new character opposite Parth Samthaan (Mahid).
She is popular for playing Manmeet Arora in Dr Aarambhi. Her addition may introduce new dynamics to the storyline and create fresh conflicts following the leap.
