Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha are back together in O Humnava Tum Dena Saath Mera. The first promo is out, and the Star Plus launch is expected after IPL.

As we told you before, Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha are coming together for a new show for Colors TV by LSD Production. Now its first promo is also out. Surprisingly, it is released by Star Plus, not Colors TV. It means that the show will not air on Colors TV. 

The new serial is titled O Humnava Tum Dena Saath Mera, and it will now air on Star Plus. Since both channels come under JioStar, the shift has added even more curiosity around the show.

First promo gives fans a sweet first glimpse

The newly released teaser introduces viewers to the lead pair in a light and watchable setup. In the promo, Rakshit, played by Shabbir Ahluwalia, is seen enjoying time with kids while riding an electric skateboard. Aparajita replies, “Harr Bar kahi jane ki jaldi nahi hoti, kayi baar kahi se nikalne se bhi jaldi hoti hai.”

It means that Rakshit asks her why she is in such a rush. Aparajita replies that sometimes the hurry is not about reaching a place, but about leaving one behind.

That one line gives a small hint that Aparajita may have an emotional backstory. It also sets up a base between the two characters. Rakshit seems easygoing and cheerful. On the other side, Aparajita seems protected and in a hurry to move away from something in her life.
